Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for accessing the subconscious mind and facilitating positive change. It is highly effective for addressing a wide range of issues, from overcoming phobias and addictions to managing stress and improving self-esteem. Unlike stage hypnosis, where this amazing tool is used for entertainment only, a hypnotherapy session has the power to bring the root cause of a repetitive cycle to light so client can see it and choose to release, change or heal the cycle. In many of my sessions, the clients realized that the cycle didn’t even begin with the client but came from an ancestor. Through the session, they were able to release the pattern of generational suffering and not only helped themselves but also the rest of their family by choosing a positive cycle. Our brains are wired for survival by design and for us to change our behavior and responses, we first must calm the amygdala (the fear brain) before we can manage the stress & allocate our resources to increase harmony, peace and happiness.

Through personalized hypnotherapy sessions, I can help you tap into your inner resources and unlock your full potential. I write the hypnotherapy scripts individually for each client’s needs and never read scripts from a manual or a book. Which is why your first hypnotherapy session with me will most likely go over an hour. Please plan to be here for one and a half hour. If you're ready to break free from limiting beliefs and create the life you desire, I encourage you to reach out to me and book a hypnotherapy session.

As listed under all my services and bio, hypnotherapy is the gentlest technique of all the services I offer if you’re sensitive, quick to anger and easily triggered. If you’re dealing with complex trauma*, hypnotherapy may take longer** to take effect in comparison to the other services I facilitate because true healing cannot fully take place until the client is ready to acknowledge how painful the event of distress was/is. Denial is dissociation and avoidance is resistance to healing. The quickest and most effective healing service in my practice is shadow work because it requires feeling the pain to heal it. Facing your shadow (what you hide because of fear or shame) opens space for courage & love in your life. With more courage comes confidence, and with love a higher self-esteem, not to mention the lightness that comes from releasing your shame and fears makes life easier.

The best way to explain it is with this example: Everyone wants love but what do we call people who claim to love multiple partners? In its essence, love is good, but it requires boundaries, honesty, respect and discipline to be healthy and beneficial for all parties involved. Is love still good if you tell more than one partner that you love them without the honesty that they’re not the only one you’re telling that to? If you say yes, then you’re a selfish person and you’re intentionally messing with someone’s heart. Nothing is simply good or bad but we can make something good or bad with the kind of attention we give to it. Think about anything for that matter: Is anything simply good or bad (now we’re not discussing crime here as that would be another debate)? I’m assuming that 99% of people reading this are good people and will agree that nothing is simply good or bad. Food is good but overeating can make you obese. Confidence is good but over-confidence can make you arrogant. The same beach that millions enjoy on a normal day can cause a tsunami on another day. Through the shadow work I facilitate, I show you where balance is lacking in your life and which habit, lifestyle or part of your being will benefit from evolution.

No two people are the same and neither is the trauma experienced. I personally believe that when you are ready to heal, the shift can be easy and quick. I also believe that adding affirmations, yoga, mirror-work, dance and meditation can quicken the formation of the new neural networks. I’ll work with your comfort and readiness level to go as slow or fast as you want.

Please read the disclaimer under my Bio carefully before scheduling a session. Thank you!

*Complex trauma means repeated/ongoing threats & experiences of violence between a child and another person, who is usually an adult member of the family or a known person to the family. It can include bullying, emotional, physical or sexual abuse, neglect, and/or witnessing domestic violence. Complex trauma that disrupts the development of secure attachment to a parent or primary caregiver has the potential to have profound developmental consequences for a child (De Bellis, 2001), and is the most stressful trauma that a child can experience (Van Horn, 2011). • Trauma exposure in childhood is widespread (American Psychological Association, 2008; Finkelhor, Turner, Shattuck, Hamby, & Kracke, 2015), and also unfortunately it is a common experience once children reach adolescence and adulthood (Anda et al., 2006). • Complex trauma is associated with risk for developing PTSD (Alisic et al., 2014; McLaughlin et al., 2013), anxiety, and earlier onset and longer duration of depression (Cook et al., 2005). Also associated with increased risk of autism, ADHD, conduct disorder, ODD, problem drug use, aggression, self-harm, and suicide (Kilpatrick & Saunders, 1999; van der Kolk, 2003).

**Some studies show that it takes 21 days to 3 months of repetition to develop a new neural pathway and master a new pattern of behavior.
